Mr Hoong Kee Tang is the independent Non-Executive Director of ACLDT and chairs the joint Audit and Remuneration Committee. Mr Tang is also a Director of Millepede International Limited.

Mr Tang graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba (Canada) majoring in accounting and finance. He has over 30 years' experience in the banking, corporate finance and telecommunications industries in which he has held several senior management positions. During the last ten years, he was the founder of several telecommunication companies which were eventually acquired by companies publicly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. After each of the acquisitions, he was retained to serve on the Board of Directors and to continue in senior management positions. He has extensive experience as a company Director, having served on the board of ASX listed companies and its subsidiaries.
