Mr. Heng Boo Fong studied at the University of Singapore (now known as National University of Singapore) and graduated with an Honours Degree in Accountancy. He has over 36 years of working experience in auditing, finance, business development, corporate governance, with full management responsibility taking independent initiative in various functional areas.

Mr. Fong is currently holding the position as the Independent Director of Colex Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange) and he chairs the Audit Committee. He is also an Independent Director & Chairman of Audit Committee of Surbana Corporation (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Limited). Furthermore, he has received numerous awards for his outstanding performance and is currently working as a Director (Special Duties) at the Singapore Totalisator Board (Owner of Singapore Pools & Singapore Turf Club).

He has strong financial and analytical skills with proven ability to manage complex multicultural assignments. His versatile and well developed hands on management skills with in depth detailed knowledge of property, resorts, manufacturing and trading activities will help him serve as the non executive director for the Asian Center for Liver Diseases & Transplantations.
